★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オアシスは心斎橋ビッグステップで会員だった時期があります(15年程前)。このような大手でも、最近は24時間営業なんですね。コロナ禍で密を避けるのにもよい取組みかと見直しました。

Oasis was a member of Shinsaibashi Big Step (about 15 years ago). Even such a major company is open 24 hours a day these days. I reviewed it as a good approach to avoid denseness due to corona stagnation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験で来ましたが、ここのジムは人見知りの僕にでも、マシンの使用方法やジムの案内など丁寧に対応してくださいました。また、帰りに受付で「ジムを探してる」というと言うと嫌な顔せず、ジム探しに協力して下さいました。とても丁寧な対応でした。
Although I came here, the gym here was a shy person who gave me a lot of advice on how to use the machine and how to use the gym. Also, when I said "I'm looking for a gym" at the reception desk, I didn't feel bad and helped me find a gym. It was a very polite response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフのみなさんとても親切で、私はマシントレーニングメインですがマシンの使い方やオススメのトレーニングも丁寧教えていただきました！ジムでの消費カロリーや日常で消費するカロリーも専用アプリで管理が出来るからありがたいです！！
The staffs are very kind and I am the main machine training, but I also taught me how to use the machine and recommended training carefully! I am grateful that I can manage the calories consumed in the gym and the calories consumed in my daily life with the dedicated application! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンを使うのが初めてですが、最初に体脂肪などの測定を行い、その結果による運動のすすめや、私の要望を聞いてくれ、それに対する運動方法など教えてくれる。また、パーソナルトレーナー（有料）の利用もできるので、より自分の体にあった、運動が出来る。
It's my first time to use a machine, but first I measure body fat etc., and based on the result, I recommend exercise, listen to my request, and tell me how to exercise for it. You can also use a personal trainer (for a fee), so you can exercise more suitable for your body.
