★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応待ちの時などに飲み物を出してくれて、待ち時間も苦痛に感じることがありませんでした。
ただ、リコールの時に預けた車を渡してもらった時、エンジンランプが付いていて、すぐにガソリンを入れに行かないといけない状態だったのが、配慮が足りないなと感じました。
They served me drinks when I was waiting for the response, so I didn't feel painful while waiting.
However, when I was given the car I had left at the time of the recall, I felt that there was not enough consideration because the engine lamp was on and I had to go to fill the gasoline immediately.
