崖地の高低差約60mの行き来を解消するために崖の上にあるブリリアのマンション住民と近隣一般の方にも開放されたエレベーターがあります（住民は無料ですが、その他の方は有料でパスモ等を使ったゲートをくぐります）。上階に上がると大変長めの良い展望スペース。横浜市の歴史的建造物である貴賓館が鎮座します。かつては磯子プリンスというホテルがあったこの場所。様々な歴史の上に今のマンションがたっており、景観的な眺望と貴賓館という歴史を同時に味わえるスポットとなっています。エレベーターをを使わなくても、迂回すれば徒歩でも到達可能です。迂回路はエレベーター前から徒歩約５分程度。カフェもありますよ。

横浜プリンスホテル跡地に建てられたマンションの敷地にあるエレベーター。住民以外でも片道52円（2021/12）で利用できる。現金不可。交通系ICのみ。展望台から根岸湾（東京湾）を眺める事ができる。天気が良ければ富津市や君津市方向も見ることが出来る。
