かかりつけが木曜定休のために、あちこちへ電話しましたが、こちらは電話対応も迅速で分かりやすく、薬アレルギーへの対応も丁寧にして頂きました。
今どき珍しい昭和にありがちな辛い人に優しい対応でした。

今はコロナの影響で感冒症状がある場合は午前診察が11:55からではないと観て頂けないのが、少し辛いですが、でもそれは仕方ないですね。

とにかく医師の物腰の柔らかさと、誠実な対応、入念に話を聞く姿勢が毎回素敵です。
看護師、受付スタッフの方もいつも接しやすいため受診頻度はなかなかないものの、何かあっても受診時の不安はなく行くことができます。
私は風邪気味の時に2度のみ受診し、主人は風邪気味の時や1度胃カメラの検査で受診しました。その際も分かりやすく比較写真を用いてくださったり、鼻からカメラが入りづらい際は口からでも違和感が最小限になるように配慮してくださったりしたそうです。
内科はどの診療科目よりも身近な科目であり、今後も安心して通い続けると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多少わかりづらい症状から診断を見分ける事には長けていない。2、3回通院するも全く治らず別の病院に行ったところすぐに回復したどころか診断が全くの検討外れ。受付もコロナの警戒力が強かった頃の対応などとても「普通」とも言えない態度であった。風邪やインフルエンザの検査には良いがシーズン外の病気が疑われる場合に通院することはお勧めできず、態度が悪い受付も考慮するべき点だ。
