み	みっきー。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居希望の物件を取り扱っていらっしゃったので、今回契約させていただきました。お部屋の確保等は比較的柔軟に対応して下さいます。(他の不動産とは違い、手付金を支払う必要がありますが…) 私が賃貸の契約に慣れていないということもあるのかもしれませんが… 決して安い金額のやり取りではないにも関わらず、とても適当な対応です。明細書を渡すことなく電話で金額を言われるのみで支払い期限も言われないまま、次回来店時にはその場で初期費用を預かると言われました。(これに関しては1年前の口コミでも同様の内容がございますが、いかがお考えでしょうか？)しかも、管理会社には勝手に初期費用の支払日をお伝えしていたみたいです。来店時に“たまたま”契約書が間に合ったからと渡して下さいましたが、間に合っていなかったら契約書に目を通すことなく初期費用を支払っていたということになりますよね… 特約事項が白紙のままで後日担当者様からは説明がないままだったり、間取りが書かれた用紙は下さらなかったり不思議な点が多かったです。説明も後回しで、先にサインするということが度々ありました。次回来店の日程調整等も全部こちらからなので、受け身の対応が苦手であったり親身で丁寧な対応を強くお求めの方にはお勧めできないです。家族の紹介でお世話になったのですが、この対応に関して家族には謝罪がありましたが私には何も言われていません。口コミを入力するまで、催促が頻回にあります。 I was dealing with a property that I wanted to move in, so I signed a contract this time.
