★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見後に申込をしましたが1週間後にコロナの影響もあり、もう少しゆっくり考えたいとお伝えしましたが、鍵交換も進んでいるし、私の申込みのせいで掲載をすでにストップしている状態であることや、管理会社とうちの信用に関わるとかなり圧をかけられ、やむなく契約を進めることにしました。考えてみたら問合せの段階からメールには「コロナの自粛の最中ですが、お住まい探しの方は動かれております。」と急かされていたんだなと思います。
あとから友人に聞いたのでが、契約前であれば鍵交換費を負担する必要もないそうです。
みなさんが冷静な判断で契約できますように。

もう何年も前になりますが
契約の特約に関する説明が不十分であることと
契約に来たお客には対応しますが、契約後に連絡すると横柄になります
また入居時の料金が賃料1か月分余計に取っており後で連絡が来て返金されましたが、他人のお金なのに扱いが杜撰です
たまたまスーパーで見かけたとき店員にも横柄な態度取っていました
以上のことから賃貸を探すなら
別の不動産を利用された方がいいと思います
