紳士もののスラックスの足真ん中付近に、余計なプレス跡が３本入って仕上がってきました。
すぐに持っていくと、済みませんでしたと丁寧に詫びられ、再プレスに出してもらうことに。
それを受け取りに行ったのですが、改善されておらず、
機械でプレスするので仕方ない。デラックス代金(800円)払えばやり直すとのこと。
機械でやろうが手作業だろうが、余計なしわをつくられたのに、誠意がない…。
クリーニングで出来たシワを直すのに、またお客側がお金を出さなければならないのか。
賠償？なんて言葉を口にしたら、なんで、こんなのが賠償問題になるのかと怒られ、もう結構ですと引き下がるしかありませんでした。
とても残念でした。
今出してあるのを引き取ったら、もうここは利用しません。
