どけようとしても自転車を前において通行妨げます。
皆さん気を付けましょう。この人の執念は怖いです。
追記
1番から10番の枠がありますが、手前に契約駐車してる車がある場合、枠からはみ出てるので凄く止めづらいです。
5番に止めた時は、シェアカー？のポールが自分の車の前にあったこともありました。
最低な事ばかりです。
