青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年2月3日(月)にそばきりや薫風を訪れました。お店の造りはテーブル席とカウンター席があり、和風のお蕎麦屋さんらしいインテリアです。客層は老若男女幅広いが、特に年配の男性が多かったです。店内では控えめに軽やかなBGMが流れていた。テーブル席に着くと熱い蕎麦茶が出されました。蕎麦の香ばしい風味がします。お店の人のにこやかな接客も良いです。鰊そばを食しました。税抜1000円であり、税込1100円でした。黒色の重厚感がある器に盛られて運ばれてきました。具材はニシンのほかに山芋、青海苔、かまぼこ、三つ葉、ゆずの皮などであり、薬味に輪切りにされた葱がつきます。ニシンは甘辛く味つけされていて、身が引き締まっており、少しぷりっとした食感があります。葱はシャキシャキとして辛味が効いています。ねっとりとした山芋や青海苔の風味、かまぼこの味わいも良いです。蕎麦は蕎麦の実の皮も入ったブラウン色で、少し太めで短めに切られていています。もちもちとした食感で蕎麦の良い風味がしました。スープは節が効いた優しい味わいでゆずの皮の清涼感がある風味が加わり味わい深いです。美味しかったです。 I visited Soba Kiriya and Kafu on Monday, February 3, 2020. 斗	斗沢秀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柳瀬川駅前の寂れたショッピングモール内にあるお蕎麦屋さんですが二種類のデカ盛りメニューあり。「特盛高尾山」と「激盛り富士山」。店員さんにそれぞれの量(グラム数)を聞くも高尾山は2.5人前、富士山は3.5人前ですとしか教えてもらえずだったので意を決して富士登山を決行。蕎麦が盛られたザルだけ持ってもずしりと重くキロは超えてる印象。蕎麦はやや硬めの茹で加減でしっかりと嚙み応えがあり風味良し。つけ汁は濃い目の味付けで個人的には少し蕎麦湯を足した位で丁度良いかなと。大根おろしや揚げ玉等薬味の力を借りて何とか完食できました。 There are two kinds of big menus at the soba restaurant in the lonely shopping mall in front of Yanasegawa station. c	c c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柳瀬川駅から直ぐのペアモール内に有るお蕎麦屋さんです。店内に入り席に着くと蕎麦茶が…美味しい蕎麦茶でホットしました。そしてお食事はかき揚げ丼セットをチョイス！丼タレ美味しいです…かき揚げも海老入りで食べ応え有りました…かき揚げにもタレが染みていたらもっと美味しいはず~ お蕎麦は香り有り太めです。蕎麦が太い分食べ進めると少しゴロゴロ感が気になりましたが美味しい！蕎麦ツユはもう少しコクがあったら尚旨し！ただお値段と手間を考えたらとても良いと思われました。商店街はかなり寂しい感じになっていますがこちらの薫風さんをはじめいくつかの小さなお店さん頑張って営業されています…昔ながらの商店街是非頑張って下さい。 It is a soba restaurant in the pair mall right from Yanasegawa station.
