毎月護摩祈祷が行われるそうで、普段でも中に上がらせて頂いて参拝する事が出来ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島二葉山山麓七福神めぐりの１つ「毘沙門天」像がある明星院です。仁王門から入ってすぐ右側にある護摩堂（不動堂）です。お堂の中には怖い顔をした不動明王像がお祀りされていました。
お堂の右前には「毘沙門天像」、左前には「銭洗い不動尊」、左側には「水掛地蔵尊」「七福神堂」、正面には「臥龍之松」等、見所が集中している場所になっていました。
境内の左側は「こども園」になっていて、平日は、子供たちの元気な声が聞こえてきます。静かに参拝したいなら土日祭日を選んだ方がいいかもしれません。

The left side of the precincts is the "Children's Garden", and on weekdays you can hear the energetic voices of the children. If you want to worship quietly, you may want to choose Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
