h	haruka y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約1年ぶりの友人との飲み会。女子会コースで予約をし、３時間飲み放題と記載。予約の時間30分遅れてしまったのにも関わらず、男の店員さんは気さくで今から飲み放題させていただきますと伝えてくれました。ご飯のスピードが遅く、女子会コースとは別で単品で頼もうかとも思っていましたがなかなか料理が運ばれてこなくて飲み物もこない。１時間後にドリンクラストオーダーと聞かされ３時間飲み放題のはずが２時間？とお伝えしたら確認してきますと言われて10分後くらいにドリンクが運ばれてきました。ラストオーダーのドリンクですか？と聞いたら「さっきのは取り消しさせていただきました」と言いドリンクどんっと置き、扉をどんっと閉められました。謝罪の言葉もないのでしょうか。ミスをしたら謝るのが普通だと思うのですが。大きな音を立てられ嫌な気持ちになりました。聴覚障害の私でさえも大きな音に感じたのでものすごい音だったのでは？と思います。そして、まだサラダしか届いてないのにデザートのコーヒープリンですと持ってこられました。唐揚げ、焼き鳥、雑炊もまだきていないのに謎に先にデザートを持ってきました。その旨を伝えたらデザート以外のご飯が届きましたが謝罪の言葉はないです。もう二件目に行こうと思ったのでデザートは待たずに退出させていただきました。男の方はとても対応が良く良かったです。ですが、繁忙期だから忙しく早く退出して欲しかったのでしょうか？繁忙期だからといってそのような対応をされたのは居酒屋で初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。長い間利用させていただいてましたが、残念です。 Drinking party with friends for the first time in about a year.
