★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場の味が頂けるお店です。 特に麻婆豆腐がオススメで、辛さも自由に注文出来るようで、標準でも辛めな麻婆豆腐をさらに激辛にする事が出来ます。
It is a shop where you can enjoy the authentic taste. Mapo tofu is especially recommended, it seems that you can order spiciness freely, and even the standard spicy mapo tofu can be made even more spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊谷駅前から歩いて数分という抜群のロケーションにある香港料理ベースの中華。ここの売りは手作りの揚げ小籠包と本場の味を再現した麻婆豆腐。
前菜、メインとドリンクがセットになった晩酌セットもお得。
A Chinese restaurant based in Hong Kong with an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Kumagaya Station. The sale here is hand-made fried koji parcel and mapo tofu that reproduces the authentic taste.
A supper set with appetizers, main and drinks is also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊源さんは本場の味が楽しめます。と、レビューを投稿されている方沢山いらっしゃっているので、興味をそそられてきてしまいました！
料理は今回麻婆茄子(激辛にしてもらいました)。
支那竹、キクラゲ、シャキシャキの玉ねぎ(甘い！)、ピーマン、ニンジン、ナス、ひき肉、スパイス、醤がとても良く入っていて、大満足でした！
熊谷近辺で、日本人向けではなくて、本場の味を求めてる方にはぜひオススメです！
少し惜しいとすれば、ナプキンや、スプーンのたぐいがあると嬉しいかなと思って4.5にしようと思ったら4にしか出来ないので4です。
次はおすすめと言われてる麻婆豆腐に挑戦しようかな？と思っています！
なんだか激辛料理(激辛小籠包)を食べきった人が写真でお店に掲載されていたりと、激辛四川料理も売りみたいです！
辛い料理が大好きな人にもかなりおすすめできると思います！ただ辛い訳ではなく、味も美味しいので。

It was very satisfying because it included very well Chinese bamboo, mushrooms, crispy onions (sweet!), Peppers, carrots, eggplant, minced meat, spices and soy sauce!
It is recommended for those who are looking for authentic taste, not for Japanese people, near Kumagaya!
If it's a little regrettable, it's 4 because it's only 4 if you're glad if you have a napkin or a spoonful and you want 4.5.
Next time, I'd like to challenge the mapo tofu that is said to be recommended. I think!
Someone who had eaten some spicy food (very spicy small buns) is listed in the shop with photos, and I want to sell super spicy Sichuan dishes!
I think it can be highly recommended for those who love spicy food! It's not just spicy but the taste is delicious.
