ダルそうな態度、レジで客が待ってるのに「お待たせしました」の一言もない。
カード単品買ったけど、簡単な袋にすら入れてくれず、2枚バラバラで手渡し。
本当にキレそうになった。

The card shop clerk is really playful
There is no word "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" even though the customer is waiting at the cash register with a dull attitude.
I bought the card separately, but it didn't even put it in a simple bag, so I handed it in two pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子ども用DVDを何本かレンタルした際に再生途中で止まったものがあり、返却時に店員に言えば良かったが忘れてそのまま返却しました。
帰りに店員に呼び止められ、DVDに傷がいっていると文句を言われました。
言い忘れたこちらが悪いが、最初からそのDVDは視聴出来なかったし、子どもには一切DVDを触らせておらず自分が付けた傷では無いことを言ったところ、毎回返却時と貸出時に全てのDVDをチェックしており傷モノをレンタルすることはなく、客側が傷をつけたとしか考えられないと言われました。
アリオンで借りた時に、以前も再生途中でとんだり止まったりしたことあります。
こうまで一方的に客側の責任だ、やってもないのに子どもにDVDを触らせるなというようなことを言われ、本当に不愉快でした。

When I borrowed it at Allion, I used to stop or stop during playback.
It was really unpleasant to be told that it was the customer's responsibility to not let the child touch the DVD even though it was not done.
