m	mi chiru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★1つ付けるのも惜しいくらいの接客。女性スタッフの対応に唖然としました。商品についての質問に対しても「さぁ？」との返答。持ち込んだ商品の金具の確認をしてもらっても「大丈夫ですね」と言い、投げるように突き返してきました。 (ちなみに金具はズレが発生しているのが素人の私にも分かる状態です) 大事なプレゼントで頂いたものを投げてくる・・・信じられない！しかも、最後は常連の方を見つけて声を掛けに行き、私はいなかったかのようにそのまま放置。こんな接客があります？もう二度とこちらの店舗は利用しません。 ★ It is regrettable to attach one. G	Googleユーザー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40代くらいの女性店員が非常に不愉快でした。接客中もイライラしていて早く帰って欲しいオーラが凄かったです。他の商品と色々見比べたいのに、｢そんな変わらない｣だの｢何が言いたいんですか｣などデリカシーに欠ける発言が多々目立ちました。購入するものではないデザインの指輪で号数を測った為、仕上がってきた指輪は抜け落ちてしまう程ゆるゆるで最悪の気分です。別の店舗の店員はその測り方は適切ではないと言っていました。刻印の文章を間違えるなどミスも多く、こちらの意図も読み取れない、誠意も感じられない。販売員として致命的だと思います。まさか正社員ではないと思いますが、さすがに教育がなってなさすぎてティファニーの信用ガタ落ちです。 A female clerk in her 40s was very unpleasant. 竹	竹垣美里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い接客でした。もうこちらでは買いません。皆さんが仰っている通り40〜50代のポニーテールの女性スタッフが酷いです。(黒髪の方ではないです。)バカにしているような対応でした。若い方に対しては特にそういった態度をされるんじゃないでしょうか。自分のお金で好きなブランドのものが買えるようになりすごく楽しい気持ちで出かけたのにすごく悲しいです。自分用のネックレスも探す予定でしたが、もうティファニー自体行くのが少し怖いです。ティファニーがすごく好きなのでショックでした。今回は一人でしたが恋人もティファニーが好きなので今度、記念のリングを探しに伺おうと思っていたのに本当に悲しいです。誰も注意する人や指導する人はいないんでしょうか？嫌な気分になるリスクのある店舗なのでなにか特別な理由がない限りこちらはオススメできません。 It was a terrible customer service.
