★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど前に購入希望の車があったため来店。追加で付けたいディーラーオプションがあったため担当者に伝えたところ「必要ないんじゃないか」「理解できない」との回答でした。
その対応に疑問を感じたため保留の上、当日電話でお断りの電話を入れたところ「ありえない、失礼極まりない」と言われ、ブチっ！と電話を切られてしまいました。
数百万円は私にとって大金ですし、購入した車は数年間乗ることになるでしょう。そんな品物をあなたから購入しなくて本当に良かった。
