★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上から言って来たり、洗い残したコップが多々あるから利用者は薬飲む時やお茶飲む時困る‼️人の体をいじって医療関係でないにしたって、利用者で飯食べてんのに、理事長もあまり利用者の立場には考えて者を言わないかと‼️食事は配るの早い時遅い時とあるけど美味しい物食べさせてはんじゃないのに、これもちゃんととか栄養士は言って大変だなぁ❗変わったのがたまならええが、基本毎日変わったの食べさせて?お風呂の介助もちゃんとしないの多々いて、大変だよ❗またできた際からいるらしいるらしい◯山が一番利用者に対しどうなんだ⁉️って対応して大変な毎日?看護師は数人はいるけど、若い看護師がここ拭いてあげてといっているが、古い看護師は拭かんで良いと、いってた時あったり対応が全職員どうなんと多々思うなぁ?仕方なく尿のバックしてるんだけど仕方なく入って４年~５年だけど、二回は入って尿からの熱が出ている?何かほとんどの職員が上から、言って来るが女の職員で飯とか抜かすのいるが、基本的に似た職員が揃い対応はどうかどうかと◯田は思うなぁ?女職員が食うとか言い方がなぁ?上が悪いからだと思うが何でかなぁ⁉️?お尻に入れる薬のキャップを１０秒ちょっとくらいあけたままにし、入れる職員がいたり何でかなぁ⁉️?全部の職員が対応どうなんだろうとすごい思うなぁ?個室が男女二人づつあるけど、エアコンとか勝手に触って、変える人がいるけど、どんな上の人指導しているのかなぁ⁉️?
