生地のキメは細かくないところが好きで、むしろ食べやすいです。
絶対に欲しい時は電話で予約した方が間違いありません。
焼き上がり当日より2、3日後に食べる方が美味しいと言われましたが、持ち帰ると食べずにはいられません(^^)
It's delicious for me as a Zarame party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘ったる過ぎず、一口食べて直ぐに旨い方のカステラと分かりました！端っ子を見かけましたが、不覚にも買いそびれました！！
現在、週3日の営業日です。土曜日は空いていますが日曜日は休みなので、お店に確認した方が良いですよ。
追記、張り紙より。
水～土曜日営業されている様です。
It wasn't too sweet, and I immediately found it to be a delicious castella after eating a bite! I saw an end child, but I suddenly missed it! !!
Currently, it is 3 business days a week. It's open on Saturdays, but closed on Sundays, so you should check with the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カステラなのに軽い舌触りです。シフォンケーキみたいに軽い。宝華という琥珀ゼリーのような和菓子もおいしく、琥珀ゼリー好きの私にとっては格安で手にいれることができる隠れた名店です。
It is light touch though it is castella. Light like chiffon cake. Japanese sweets like sweet potato jelly are also delicious, and for me who likes candy jelly, it is a hidden specialty store that can be obtained cheaply.

一昨年ご主人が亡くなるまではイートインもやってたみたいですが、今はオバ様が1人でやっていらっしゃるみたいでイートインはもうやってないと気さくに話してくださいました。

ザラメが良い塩梅でシットリとして、重みのあるカステラで美味しいです。
