k	kontani sotoyoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に開店された時はココでなく寺尾の踏み切りの下の方の小さな店でした。私のWifeがそこから歩いて1分のアパートに住んでいて彼女が最初のお客様だった様です。婚約してケーキ屋さんに注文してWifeが取りに出掛けた時に御主人＝道川さんがニコニコして手渡してくれたとWifeが言ってました。その後私共はWifeの実家の英国に移りましたが道川さんも現在の店へ移り前より広い店です。味は甘みを抑えてたクリームと柔かいスポンジケーキのバランスは言うまでもなく新潟市1番の味。道川さんは新潟県のものつくり名工の認定もお持ちになっております。洋菓子一級技能士でもありケーキを作らせたら多分新潟県1番の味を出したケーキ作り屋です。既に70代の後半ですが御夫婦で頑張ってます。後継者が居らず残念ですがまた新潟に出掛けたら毎日ケーキを戴きます。実際私の住んでる英国より遥かに美味しいフランス風のケーキで有り此処Londonでは絶対に有り得ない素晴らしい美味しさを持ったケーキ屋さんです。東京に有ったら行列が出来るお店になるでしょうね。 When it was first opened, it was a small shop below the Terao railroad crossing, not here. I am sorry that there is no successor, but when I go to Niigata again, I get a cake every day. In fact, it is a French-style cake that is much more delicious than the UK where I live, and it is a cake shop that has a wonderful taste that is absolutely impossible here in London. If you are in Tokyo, it will be a shop where you can queue.

ネ	ネムネムネムネム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前三十年以上前に毎週職場のお使いで5個ずつ購入していました。お茶の時間に毎週頂きました。初めて食べた際こんなに美味しいケーキがあるなんて!と驚きました。当時甘ったるいケーキが主流の中甘みを控えた見た目にも素敵なケーキは衝撃的でした。仕事以外にもたまに家族に購入していきました。毎週ケーキを選ぶのがわくわくでした。新潟市に居住していないので移転した事知らず15年くらい前に偶然通りかかり見付けた時は嬉しくてとびあがってしまいました。決して派手なケーキではありません、現在見た目にもクオリティの高いケーキ屋さんが沢山ありますがここのケーキをひと口食べるとやっぱりここのケーキが一番だと改めて思ってしまいます。少し分かりづらい場所が残念!もっと多勢の人に食べて頂きたいです。 I used to buy five of them every week at work more than thirty years ago. k	kiyomi okano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が無いのが難点（私が知らないだけかも…）で、いつもお店の前に停めて購入しています。大きな通りではないが、交通量がそこそこあるのでだいたい決まったケーキを買っています。カラクが一番のお気に入りで、アクセントのブランデーがまた美味♪車の運転をする直前は控えた方が良いと思います。決まって店主がたっぷりの生クリームをサービスでつけてくれるのですが、それもまたとても美味しいです。 The drawback is that there is no parking lot (maybe I just don't know ...), so I always park in front of the store to buy.
