追加工事お願いしたときもらった見積もりを他の業者に見せたら驚かれました。相場の倍近くとられたので、他のところで頼みました。
最初の工事の見積もりを見せたらそれも高かったようです。相見積もり必要だなと痛感しました。工事は特に問題なく終わりました。
対応も話したことがちゃんと伝わってなかったり見積もりに金額入れ忘れたからあとから請求されたりと結構いい加減でした。
最初の頃はやんわりとして腰の低い感じで提案も色々してくれたりいい感じだったのですが、その後の対応がちょっとずさんなところがあったので、少し怒る感じでとある事を注意したら逆ギレされました。詳細は書きませんが、もっとしっかり現調してほしかったです。

I was surprised when I showed the quotation I received when I asked for additional work to another contractor. It was nearly double the market price, so I asked for it elsewhere.
When I showed the estimate of the first construction, it seems that it was also expensive. I was keenly aware that a phase estimate was necessary. The construction was completed without any problems.
I wasn't able to tell what I was talking about, or I forgot to put the amount in the quote, so I was billed later.
At the beginning, I felt a little low-back and made various suggestions, but after that there was a little sloppy response, so if I noticed that I was a little angry, it was a reverse squeak. it was done. I won't write the details, but I wanted it to be more solid.

理由としては社長さんの提案力です。
一生に一回の外構工事と思って相談させて頂きましたがとても親切で丁寧な対応して頂き感謝でいっぱいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年に外構をお願いしたが、社長さんも従業員さんもとても感じが良く、仕上がりも満足がいくものだった。コンクリートを扱う工事が得意なようで、境界線のブロック積みや駐車場のコンクリート打ちは全部自社スタッフの方がやってくれた（アスファルト工事は委託先がやっている感じだった）。工事の日は毎回始まりと終わりに挨拶に来てくれ、作業も後片付けも丁寧。次回柵を付けるときもお願いしたいと思う。
