ネットによる良し悪しがあるとは思いますが安心して頼めるお店だと思っています。
2019の台風被害で店舗が停電や電話不通でも担当者は親切に対応してくれました。
どこまで信用するのかは人の判断なので何も批判はしませんが私にとっては信頼できるお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで施工してもらったが、1年経たずにひび割れが入り、諦めてほっときましたが、最近さらにひどくなったので再工事を依頼しました。営業担当と職人が現地調査に来たのが1カ月後、見積もりを依頼しましたが2カ月たった今もまだ届きません。
I had it done here before, but it cracked in less than a year and I was relieved to give up, but recently it got worse so I asked for re-construction. One month after the sales staff and craftsmen came to the field survey, I requested an estimate, but two months later, I still haven't received it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前外構工事を頼んだ時は対応が良かったのでまたお世話になろうと思い、別の工事を頼もうと伺いましたが、現地調査に来るのに約束したにも関わらず、急な案件が入ったので予定時刻に間に合わないと急に言われ、そのためにこちらは予定空けてたのに丸つぶれ、謝罪はされたがスケジュールは打ち合わせ時にきちんと確認してるはずなのにいい加減だと感じた。その後も別の担当者に違う工事をお願いしようと電話で相談し、現地調査のお願いをしましたが、忙しいので時間がなかなか作れないですが〇日には行けると思います、と言われ連絡を待っていたがその後連絡も訪問もなく、もう話は流れたと思っていたら、後日いきなり連絡が来てすみませんの一言もなかったのでもう二度と利用する事はないです。
大した工事ではないから、現地調査の段階だし、そんなにお金にならないからどうでもよかったのかもしれなかったけど、現地調査のためにこちらは予定を空けてたのに何度もそちらの都合で予定を狂わせられてとても嫌な気分でした。前回お世話になった時は親身にしてくださった分すごく残念でした。

It wasn't a big construction, so it was in the field survey stage, and it didn't matter because it didn't make much money, but I had a plan for the field survey, but I planned it many times because of that. I felt very unpleasant because I was crazy. When I was taken care of last time, I was very disappointed because I was kind to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーポートと門扉と土間コンを依頼して、見積りしてもらい1ヶ月ちょい待たされ、結果この型のカーポートは出来ないと言われた。この間営業からは一切連絡来ずこちらから電話しても忙しのでの一点張り。そして違う型のカーポート見積もりしてもらったら前回の見積もりになかった項目で10万上乗せさせられました。項目としては同じ門扉工事なのに残土掘削処分費が7万円だったのに次の見積もりでは10万円。更には諸経費消耗品費と言う名目で10万円が上乗せされていました。ずさんな見積もりと言わざるを得ません。さらに工事は今日になって2〜3ヶ月後になると言われた。こちらは当初から出来るだけ早くとお願いしていました。
最初に言ってくれれば違うところで見積もりしてもらってたところにお願いしたんですけどね。
今日になって担当の久山氏から時間もかかるし文句を言う私のことが正直気に入らないと言われて工事をやりたくないと言われました。散々待たされ逆ギレともとれる「やりたくない」は正直引きました。私もずさんな対応に怒りを覚えキツイ言い方をしたのは反省すべき点ですがホント無駄な期間でしたね。
2回目の工事の依頼でしたが2度とお願いはしないし一切知人にもお勧めは出来ないと思いました。

Although the item is the same gate construction, the surplus soil excavation disposal cost was 70,000 yen, but the next estimate is 100,000 yen. In addition, 100,000 yen was added in the name of miscellaneous expenses and consumables. I have to say that it is a sloppy estimate. Furthermore, it was said that the construction will be done in a few months today. From the beginning, I requested that this be done as soon as possible.
First of all, I asked for a quote from a different place.
Today, Mr. Hisayama, who is in charge, told me that it takes time and I honestly don't like me and I don't want to do the construction. To be honest, I didn't want to do it because I had to wait a long time and I couldn't help it. I should reflect on the fact that I was angry at the sloppy response and made a tough statement, but it was a really useless period.
It was my second request for construction, but I never asked for it, and I thought I couldn't recommend it to my acquaintances at all.
