塩	塩畑りか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診ですが、保険証を取り違えられました。他の方に私の保険証を渡され、挙句その方が診察を受けた病院で取り違えられたと勘違いし、その方の手で外の病院まで持ち出される始末。その病院の方がまたこの薬局まで持ってきてくださいましたが、ここまで全て私は見て把握しただけ。こちらには何の説明も謝罪もありませんでした。他の患者が他人の保険証を持ち出す前に、電話で確認くらい出来ないものでしょうか。人間ですので、間違えたことに関しては何も思いませんが、その後の対応等不信感しかありません。 It was my first visit, but I had the wrong insurance card.
