n	nkmrm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスの日初めてこのお店に来ましたがスタッフが新人ばかりで、クリスマスということで混んでいました。料理提供は早く、丁寧な対応をしてくださったのですが、この店舗は他店舗と少しルールが違い、「帰る際に伝票を再発行するのでそのままでお待ちください」と書かれた物が席に貼られていたため店員さんに伝票お願いしますと言うと少々お待ちください。と言われたのでそこから待ちましたが一向に来ず、忙しいから仕方ないと思いましたが、20分ほど待ちました。そのあと来なかったのでもう一度、伝票お願いします。と頼みました。少々お待ちくださいと言われました。そこからまた待たされ10分。結局何もせずに帰れるということがわかり、席に30分もいて、他に予定もありましたが全部なくなりました。聞いた店員は２人とも新人で別のことで聞いた時も10分ほど待たされたので、いろいろしないといけないのはわかるけど、こっちは待ってるし、そのままでいいならそのままでいいといいにくるだけなのに30分待たされてとても不快でした。店舗の全てルールを統一して欲しいと思いました。せっかくのクリスマス30分無駄にしてとても悲しかったです。過去一無駄にした30分でした。もうこの店舗には絶対に行きません。 I came to this shop for the first time on Christmas day The staff were all new and crowded because it was Christmas. k	keishi y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤から鍋が大好きで家から1番近い店舗に探したところ、こちらでした。口コミの低さが気になっていましたが、21時ごろ来店したせいか、料理もスムーズに出てきました。味も美味しく、接客も感じの良い対応でした。お試しセットを頼んだつもりが、赤からセットが出てきたため星-1です^^;
