今は路線やタクシー、高速バスを利用しないといけないけど昔はこんなものを利用していたのですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草軽電鉄は新軽井沢駅（現在の軽井沢駅前）を起点に北軽井沢を経由して 草津温泉までの約56kmを結んでいた高原鉄道です 小さな電気機関車が自分よりもずっと大きな客車を引っ張って 浅間高原をゴトゴト走っていました 当時の地図を見ると 線路が等高線に沿ってクネクネ曲がっていて 浅間山が車窓の右に左に 目まぐるしく車窓風景が変わったそうです 北軽井沢地区の路線は昭和35年に廃止 今は線路跡さえ草むして自然に帰りつつあります もう一度走る日が来るでしょうか・・・
