他店では「交渉しても値段は下げられないと思います〜」と言われていた物件でしたが、交渉してくださった結果、初期費用も10万円以上下がり、入居日も希望通りになりました。
また、細かな質問にもいつでもとても丁寧にお答えいただいたので安心感もありました！
それに甘えてたくさん質問してお手数をお掛けしてしまっていたのに、契約後もとても親切にしてくださいました。
周辺で安い駐車場も調べて教えてくださったりして、本当に優しかったです！
いろんな不動産屋さんに行きましたが、高村さんがダントツで良い方でした！
不動産屋さんって少しこわいイメージがあったのですが、最初から最後までとても優しく爽やかに対応してくださったので質問もしやすかったです。
次この辺で物件を探す機会があっても、高村さんにお願いしたいなと思います。

今回もその状況は変わらずでしたが、当方からの急な内覧希望、かつ遠方物件の紹介リクエストまで柔軟に捌いていただき、妥協の無い満足のいく物件に巡り会うことができました。
