H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかくおしゃれ。お店もだけど、お料理の彩りも。今回は鯛だしでいただきました。柚子の香りがよく、上品なだしで予想通りの味。ただ、野菜があまりに丁寧に別茹でしたものを合わせているので、もっとアクや雑味がほしいと感じた。まあ鍋をイメージしちゃうと火力が足りないというか。本日の２品の内、鶏の唐揚げはまあ普通すぎて、もっとひねったものがほしいかな。クラゲは美味しかったです。豆腐なんだけど、豆腐というより豆乳のわらび餅。デザートと思ったほうがいいね。ご飯は炊き加減がとてもよく格別美味しかった。かるく振ってある色鮮やかなふりかけもおしゃれ。まあ、香辛料をぶっかけたくなるおじさんには上品過ぎました。女子会のお店としては喜ばれそう。コロナに負けず長く続いてほしいですね。提携駐車場が下にあるので車でも安心。支払いもpaypayはじめさまざまなキャッシュレス決済が使えるので◎ Anyway fashionable. B	BELL HAPPY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厳島神社へ参拝後、何か食べて帰ろうと島を散策しましたがピンと来るものがなく、ホテルへ戻るつもりで広電方向へ歩いていると「ダシカフェ108」の看板が目に入りました。 10/8が自身の誕生日なので、なんとなくシンクロを感じてお店に入りましたが、これが大大大大正解！！お出汁にこだわったスープに沢山の美味しいお野菜、選べる具材(私はローストチキンを選択)、ツヤツヤご飯、もちもち新感覚のお豆腐、カラッと揚がった旨味たっぷりの唐揚げ、サッパリとしたお漬物。どれを食べても100点満点のお味でめっちゃビックリ！！一人だったからリアクション出来なかったけど、友人と一緒だったら「うわ〜ヤバ〜い！めっちゃ美味しい〜！」って叫んでます笑 (あまりの美味しさにお豆腐を追加で注文したほど！！) お店のオーナーさんが話し掛けて下さったのでやっと「めちゃくちゃ美味しいです！」という感情＆感動を表現出来ました❤️笑マジでマジで美味しすぎる！！友達皆とここに来るためだけに広島旅行をしたいと思うほど美味しいお店でした✨ ご厚意で試食させていただいたピーチトマトも衝撃の美味しさでした！大袈裟じゃなく本当に全〜部美味しかったです。こんなに美味しいのに超絶リーズナブルで二度ビックリ。広島の人達が羨ましい！！また広島に来たら絶対寄ります！！ごちそうさまでした? y	yan yonkon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま入ったお店でしたが…衝撃的な美味しさでした。たくさん口コミを書いてきた私ですが過去最高のお店です✨五種類の出汁とトッピングから好みのものを選びます。実は、これだけで大きめ野菜がゴロゴロ入ったどんぶりで満足できます。ランチタイムは、これにプラス500円で二種のおかずと御飯と香物が付きます。おかずの一品に手作りもちもち豆富←(豆腐ではなく豆富とありました)が定番で付くようなのですが…この豆富が美味‼️クリームチーズのような口あたりと甘さ‼️ プラス200円でアフターコーヒー。プラス300円でデザートとありました。残念ながら満腹過ぎてデザートは断念。今回、豆乳出汁にローストチキンをいただきましたが他の出汁やトッピングも気になるのでリピート確定。夢中で食べており途中で気付いたのは…水の中の氷が溶けにくい球体。こんな所にも気を配るのは素敵です。そして、何より美人二名のスタッフさんで切り盛りされている様子でかわいい笑顔と優しいおもてなしに最高の居心地。超おすすめの店です。 It happened to be a shop, but it was shockingly delicious.
