★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのラーメン屋さんは『102』と描いて『てつ』と読ませるらしいです?
本店は千駄木にあります??
昼の部と夜の部があり、味が違うそうです。それは後に知りました?
今回は昼の部に来店しました。そして辛つけめんをチョイス。スープは濃厚豚骨魚介系ですね。チャーシューが豚バラか豚ロースから選択できて、今回は豚バラをチョイスしました?
麺も大盛、特盛が無料で、今回は特盛にしました。麺は太麺でコシがあり美味でした。
また、面白いのが、焼き石というのがあって、冷めたスープの中に入れるとまた温かくなるという便利な道具があります。これが個人的には良かったかなぁ?つけめんはスープが冷めるから、また温かい状態で食べられるのは嬉しいですね???
今回はオープンと同時に行ったので、すぐに案内されましたが、ランチタイムは混み合うので気をつけましょう?

麺と汁のバランスがとれていない。
石？無いです。食べてる途中で冷たくなります。

席は空いてるのに、何故に詰めて座らせる？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍のせいか昼時なのにすぐ入れました。太麺に濃厚スープは安定の美味しさ。
途中焼き石でスープを温めなおせるのも良いですね。最後まで美味しく食べられました。
I put it in immediately even though it was noon, probably because of the corona. Thick noodles and rich soup have a stable taste.

コロナ前であれば普通の光景かもしれないが、
コロナ禍でこの対応は疑問を感じる。
逆の立場であれば、他の卓に提供したものを
持ってきて欲しくはない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉つけ麺¥980。チャーシューはロースとバラ肉との選択でした。ロースチョイス、美味しく頂きました。麺もスープも気に入りました。次回訪問決定です。接客も気持ち良い感じです。値段がもう少し安ければ文句無し。
2回目まぜめん¥860、まぜめんで別ビンのスープを掛けるタイプは初体験。麺もっちりで気に入りました。まぜめんも旨い。
3回目、担担つけめん¥900、担々麺風つけ汁もなかなか良い。
4回目煮干しラーメン¥900、なかなか美味しい。でも…つけ麺とまぜめんがお勧めです。
Ajitama Tsukemen ¥ 980. Char siu was a choice between loin and ribs. Loin choice was delicious. I like the noodles and soup. It is decided to visit next time. The customer service is also pleasant. No complaints if the price is a little cheaper.
The second Mazemen ¥ 860, the type of mixing and sprinkling soup in another bottle is the first experience. I like the noodles very well. The mixed noodles are also delicious.
The third time, dandan noodles ¥ 900, dandan noodle-style tsukemen is also quite good.
The 4th Niboshi Ramen ¥ 900 is quite delicious. But ... I recommend tsukemen and mixed noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ10年近く通っている気がします。
コスパはもちろんですが、どうしても食べたくなるつけ麺が川口の102さんです。
他の店舗の102さんと比較しても、個人的にはやっぱり川口の102さんが一番美味しいと思います。
揚げ葱をふんだんに入れて、八味(七味ではない)をいれると、一気に湯で前特盛500gもいけちゃいます。
今は、早めに夜はしまってしまいますが、それでも駐車料金払って食べに行っています。
コインパーキング割引があったら、おそらくもっと通います。
I feel like I've been going there for almost 10 years now.
Not to mention cospa, Kawaguchi's 102 is the tsukemen that you definitely want to eat.
Compared to 102 from other stores, I personally think that 102 from Kawaguchi is the most delicious.
If you add plenty of fried green onions and add Hachimi (not Shichimi), you can get 500g of Mae Tokumori in hot water at once.
Now, the night ends early, but I still pay the parking fee and go to eat.
If you have a coin parking discount, you'll probably go more.
