上	上田直人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段相応。シャワーは一ヶ所のみ。カギ付ではなく、小学校にあるようなロッカーに荷物を収用。土足で利用できるので非常に気軽。マシンの他にフリーウェイトもある。筋トレだけに特化するなら手軽でいいだろう。ただ、土地柄、外人や刺青、族が多い。ジムの高い品質を求めるなら近場のティプネスに行った方がいいだろう。 Value for money. 齊	齊藤貴康 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筋トレや有酸素系のトレーニングには十分です。早朝会員のため、とても安価でトレーニングできています。ジョギング等のマシーンについて、全て利用中で待つということは今のところ一度もありません。筋トレに関しても、同様に快適に利用しています。当初は、スペイン語を話す方などがコンセントを使用し、音楽をガンガンに掛けたりして嫌に感じることもありましたが、そういった方はいなくなり、今はとても快適です。以前は、Tipness やセントラル、コナミも利用していましたが、スタジオは利用しませんでした。また、プールは公営のものを利用すれば良いため、今はこちらの smartfit100 で十分です。男女別のシャワーやトイレ、更衣室もあり、とても便利に利用しています。清潔感も保たれ、快適です。ここをしばらく利用するつもりです。 ________ コロナ対策としては、下記が行われています。2021.9.1 ①入館時の検温、アルコール消毒、マスク義務化 ②各有酸素運動マシーンにしきり ③各自利用後のマシーン拭き取り（アルコール消毒） ④換気 Sufficient for strength training and aerobic training.
