私は緑道に沿って芦花公園のほうまで走って、戻ってきます。
途中何度か、大きい道をわたらなければ行けないですが、大方整備された道を気持ち良く走ることができます。
玉川上水のようなワイルドな道も好きですが、烏山緑道のように整備された道も普段使いにはいいですね。
また、希望ヶ丘団地あたりから芦花公園までは自然が豊かで気分がエネルギーが再チャージされた気分になります。あの辺りの雰囲気大好きです。

I will follow the green path to the Roh flower park and return.
On the way, I can not go unless I make a big road several times, but I can run comfortably on the mostly maintained road.
I also like wild roads such as Tamagawa Josui, but roads that have been maintained like Yuzan Green Road are also good for everyday use.
In addition, it is feeling that nature is rich and energy is recharged from Kochigaoka housing complex to Ohana Park. I love the atmosphere around that.
