声を出さない。
返事をしない。
人の目を見ない。
普通にやる気がない。
「めんどくせーけど対応してやってる」感がありあり。
会話を成立させるつもりがなく、質問はスルーし、自分の要件を進める。客商売ではありえません。
必要な説明もしないのでこちらから確認する必要があるので
本当にストレスがたまる。
衣類を受け取りレジを打つ。
この簡単な作業をやってもらうのに、
ここまで不快になるとは思わなかった。
なんの資格も不要な簡単で単純な作業だからこそ、
最低限のマナーくらいの勉強と努力をすべきなんだと思う。
これでは自販機の方がマシ。
30分前に息子の訃報を受け取った くらいのテンションでの対応。
最低な接客をしたらどんな気分になるか、
新社会人のマナー研修には使えると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ びっくりするくらい対応が遅いです。1人当たり7、8分かかりいつも長蛇の列です。2人いるのに1人しか稼働せず、手際もわざと遅くやっているかのように感じる時があります。
また翌日仕上がりのはずなのに(同じ料金で)○日でもいいですか？と伸ばしてきます。いえ、明日でお願いしますと言うと、どうしてもというお客様には、、と上から目線でOKされます。
改善して頂きです。
The response is surprisingly slow. It takes 7 to 8 minutes per person and is always a long line. Sometimes there are two people, but only one works, and it feels like they are intentionally slowing down.
Also, it should be finished the next day (at the same price), but is it okay for ○ days? I will extend it. No, if you ask me tomorrow, if you really want to, it will be OK from the top.

学生になってから早4年利用させていただいてますが、どこもマイナスな点は見受けられなかったです。

受付のカウンターにはいかにもおしゃべり好きそうな女性ふたり。
持ち込んだ服のシミを見て二人でぺちゃくちゃ。
私はまるで蚊帳の外状態で、二人で私の服について品評などを始め、本当に気分が悪かった。
あまりに気分が悪くなり、こちらでは預けた服の品評をされるのかと聞くと、慌ててやんわりと否定された。
シミが取れるかどうか分からないと承知の上で預けたが、それを除いても値段の割に仕上がりが微妙。
二度と行かないかな。
