★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務職で採用されましたが、仕事の9割が保育補助でした。残りの1割も取ってつけたような事務作業で、保育士が採用できない為、事務職で採用して人が足りないから手伝って〜の定で手伝わせるブラック企業です。
正社員採用でしたが2ヶ月でやめましたが、仲良くなった保育士に聞いたら、私が初めてでは無いようです。
市川園の口コミにもありましたが、保育士が足らず、コロコロ変わり、子供が不安定になっています。
私の在籍中に役所の監査がありましたが、どうやって監査を擦り抜けたのかが判りません。
二重帳簿でもあるのでは無いか？と在籍しているこっちも疑ってしまいます。
とても、自分の子供を預ける気にはなれませんでした。
