I think it's better to go to Airbnb. I'd be fine if it's a business visit. I think it's a good idea to think about it once for all your travel needs.

d	dumbraveanu andrada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattress had on the side a big dark red/brown stain that was initially covered by the duvet and was only visible when I took the duvet off in the evening. I am very curious how they could even give a room like that to customers. A similar stain but smaller was on the carpet near that side of the bed. That part of the room looked like a poorly cleaned up crime scene. Under the bed I found something long black and hairy which I don’t know what it is or neither do I want to know. The bathroom was clean enough, however the furnishings were quite old, especially the shower head which I haven’t seen something similar to that since my early days as a kid in Easter Europe.
S	S twok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is great for first time visiting Tokyo. Getting off airport, you can take a limousine bus which drop you off directly to the hotel lobby. Staffs are friendly and willing to help you whenever you have an issue. Price is quite reasonable and you will get private bathroom. There is also coin laundry and automatic currency exchanger. This hotel is close to several convenient store, local restaurants, Tokyo subway, iconic Tokyo tower and Zozoji temple. Definitely enjoy my stay and will book with them next time i visit Japan.
