占いの方法は石の横に立て札が立っており、そちらに記載があります。
この『おもかる石』の奥に行くとメイン？があります。
私が訪れたときは『おもかる石』で占いを行っている人がいませんでしたが、
後から入ってこられた方は気になっていたようなので、占っていたかもしれません。
パワースポットっぽいので、気になる方は試してみると面白いかもしれません。
小さい神社になりますので、人数が多い場合は他の方の邪魔にならないように気を付けましょう。

『おもかる石』は願いを占う石として知られていて、願い事を思って持ち上げ、その軽さで願い事がかなうかどうか。
行列ができる時もあります。
毎年10月15日に例祭が行われています。

大歳神社の境内にある神社、二礼二拍手一礼ののちおもかるいしを持ち上げ重さを覚えてその後に願い事をして持ち上げる、それが記憶より軽く感じたら願い事が叶うという話、現象としてみれば石を持ち上げているだけなのにとても面白かった
