★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星１つも付けたくないのですが…。かなり嫌な思いをしたのでレビューさせていただきます。
事前に女子会メニューを予約して来店しました。
席に着いてから、まずは数分間はおしぼり等渡してくれるわけでもなくほったらかし。
内容的にはかなりコスパの悪い印象でした。
コースに、チキンがあったのですがその一品が出される前に、事前に頼んであった誕生日プレートがなんの確認もなく出てきました。
しかし内容をこちらもはっきり把握してるわけではないので、ケーキを食べた後にネットからもう一度予約内容を確認したところ、店側の出し忘れと気付きました。
しかしケーキを食べてしまったのでここから最後にチキンを食べるのは…と断り、その分のお値段を引いて頂こうと確認したら
「それは出来ません。こちらのミスがあった場合もお支払いして頂きます。」との対応。
店長らしき人を呼んで対応していただきましたが、その方も全く謝る気のない対応で本当に呆れました。
もう一生行きたくないです。

I don't want to go for the rest of my life.

見た目の好みは有ると思うが花はくたびれてて。。。
店内は元カラオケボックスか？
テーブルも不衛生。ベタつく。
料理皿はプラスチック。これではマイナスの料理を更にマイナスにするだけだ。
オムライスはコメの芯が残ってるし、なのに割高の料理達。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の10分前にお店に入りましたが、店員さんは誰一人と来ず、「いらっしゃいませ」の声もありませんでした。こちらから声を掛けるまで対応が一切ないまま放置です。
結局予約時間から20分ほどずれた頃に席に案内されたので、時間通りに席を用意して頂きたかったな、と思いました。
また、店員さんが通らないので飲み放題の飲み物の注文が非常にしにくいです。そして飲み物の提供がいちいち遅かったです。飲み終わってもなかなか次の飲み物が来なかったので、飲むものがないときが多くありました。あとホットがぬるいです。
パスタは苦い、お肉はぱさぱさ、ケーキはただただ甘いだけ。花が添えられて可愛らしい料理でしたが、花でごまかしてるのかと思うほど味がイマイチです。美味しいと感じたのは飲み物とパンのみでした。
ケーキの予約(おめでとうのメッセージ付き)で誕生日祝いと分かるはずなのに、伝票を机に堂々と出され誕生日の人に値段を見られることになったのは驚きました。そこは値段がわからないように配慮して欲しかったです。
伝票は一人分多く請求されていたのですが、謝罪もなく、雑な接客だなと感じました。
サービスの質、料理の味を考えると値段に不満を感じます。せっかくの誕生日なのに盛り下がりやり直したい気持ちでいっぱいです。誰にもおススメできません。

I was surprised that the person who was born out of a voucher was able to see the price, even though the cake reservation (with a congratulations message) should be understood as a birthday celebration. I wanted you to consider that there was no price.
I was charged more for one voucher, but without an apology, I felt it was a miscellaneous service.
We feel dissatisfied with price considering quality of service, taste of dish. Even though it is a precious birthday, I am full of feelings that I want to redo. I can't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪でした。友達の誕生日で6人で利用をしました。まず個室を予約しましたがカラオケ1人用の部屋くらいの広さしかありませんでした。トイレに立つ時も3人が部屋を出ないといけないほどでした。HPでは可愛く綺麗な感じだったのに実際見てみると壁紙は剥げているわ汚れているわクッションは埃っぽいわ机と椅子はガタガタ、最悪でした。次に料理。11品のコースを予約していました。ファーストドリンクでフラワースパークリングが出てきました。ノンアルかアルコールが選べて全員アルコールを選びました。しかし何故か「ストローもご利用できます。」と渡されました。次に二品目のサラダが来ました。エディブルフラワーがありすぎて邪魔でした。しかも少し苦くてサラダの邪魔をしていたように思います。次に三品目が来ると思ったら3-8品目が全てプレートに乗って来ました。キッシュ一つ、サーモンのカルパッチョ一枚などを1品2品と数えていたのです。確かに間違ってはいないのでしょうがそれは勘違いする人も多いと思いますし、その記載の仕方はどうなんでしょうか。最後に会計。予約の時点でバースデーの席と伝えていました。しかし幹事の私が最後の方にこそっと店員さんにお会計をしたい旨を伝えると大きな声で「お会計ですね、それではお席までお持ちするので少々お待ち下さい」と言われました。常識？マナーとしてどうなんでしょうか？
もう2度と利用したくないです。こんなひどい店、ちゃんと下調べ出来なかった自分が恥ずかしいです。

昨今はやっているエディブルフラワーを取り扱ったお店です。
建物の地下におりたところにお店があります。
お手洗いは入り口近くに一つのみ。
個室もあるようで、8人程度のパーティーでは使えそうです。
キッチン・ホールで一人ずつの配置なのか料理の提供は早くはなかった。
味も特に美味しいという程では無く、エディブルフラワーを食べるという体験を味わう感じ。
ドリンクに乗せたり、料理の色合わせに使ったり、伸び代はおおいにある。

まず、エディブルフラワーとは、特別な栽培方法で作る食べられるお花です。お花なので味は少し苦かったです?
また、エディブルフラワーもお洒落にデコレーションされており、カラフルでとても美しい見映えです?
どのメニューも食べるのが勿体無いくらい可愛いらしさで溢れています。特にフラワープレートは、どれも一口サイズで食べやすく、サーロインローストは柔らかくて美味しかったです。また、新鮮なサーモンに、キッシュは野菜がたっぷりと詰まっていました。お花の香りが良く、お花畑にいるかのような気分を味わえます?
店内は可愛らしい内観に加えて、新宿の地下にあるので、穴場カフェだと思います。また、看板メニューであるチーズフォンデュも女子会等でオススメです?
