★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソースカツ丼とチャーシューメンを頂きました。ソースカツ丼は5切れのカツで甘みが有るソースで食が進み美味しかったです。チャーシューメンは7枚のチャーシュー、ナルト、青菜、ネギの具材です。スープは鶏と豚の動物系ダシで昆布の甘味を感じる醤油味。麺は縮れ平打ち中太麺で硬めの茹で加減。モチモチの食感です。チャーシューは脂身が多めですが味付け良く美味しかったです。
We had a source cutlet and char chew men. The source cutlet was delicious, with 5 pieces of cutlet and sweetened sauce. The char chow men are the ingredients of 7 sheets of char chow, naruto, green vegetables and green onions. The soup is a chicken and pig animal-based soup with soy sauce taste that makes you feel the sweetness of kelp. The noodles are crimped flat and medium thick noodles with a hard batter. It is the texture of mochi mochi. The pork is rich in fat but seasoning is delicious.
