★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜市役所に行くのが面倒だったので近いこちらへ手続きの為午後4 時頃伺った男性の職員でしたが丁寧に対応していただいた。柳津町役場時代の名残が建物内に残っていた。
It was troublesome to go to Gifu City Hall, so I visited a male staff member at around 4 pm for the procedure, but he kindly responded. The remnants of the Yanaizu Town Hall era remained in the building.

こちらはきちんと対応をしていたのにも関わらずお客を嘲笑うかのように行為的にこちらを笑ってきてとても気分が不快でした。
前回もそのようなことがあり、今回は違う職員だったので大丈夫かなと思いましたがここの職員はどの方も同じようにお客を大切にしない人達だと感じました。
星1もつけたくないくらい最悪なところでした。
今まで家から1番近いから仕方がなく行っていただけなのでこれからは岐阜市役所の方まで行きたいと思います。
参考になるかは分かりませんがみなさんもこちらに行かれる際は十分にお気をつけてください。
The attitude of the staff was the worst.
Even though I was responding properly, I was very uncomfortable when I laughed at me as if I was ridiculing the customer.
There was such a thing last time, and this time it was a different staff, so I thought it was okay, but I felt that all the staff here are people who do not value customers in the same way.
It was the worst place I didn't want to add 1 star.
Until now, I had no choice but to go because it was the closest to my house, so I would like to go to Gifu City Hall from now on.
I don't know if it will be helpful, but please be careful when you go here.

★付けないと投稿できないから仕方なく。
逆に貰いたいくらいです。
他の方が書かれてる通り本当に私も行きたくない場所です。
近いので仕方なく行きますが、何度来ても福祉課のオバサンは態度対応が悪すぎです。
こっちが気分を害すくらいに。
正直毎回イライラしながら手続きしてもらいに行ってます。
そんなに接客嫌なら辞めればいいのに。
