高齢者なので亡くなるのは仕方がない（寿命 ）ですが、病院でなく施設内で亡くなるというのが気になります。
多くの介護施設は病院と連携していますが、ここでは病院との連携がうまく行われていないからなのかと思ってしまいます。
胃ろうの交換は施設職員の准看護師が行うのも悪い気がします。
普通は医師が交換してレントゲンを撮って間違いなく交換されていることを確認してから経管栄養を行うのだと聞きましたが、ここでは省略され過ぎているようです。
駐車場は面倒ですが、立地条件が良いから人気なのでしょう。
