けっこう予算のこととか突っ込んだ話しまでしましたが、親身に相談にのってもらえましたよ。

時間のかかると言われる注文住宅の打ち合わせですが、終始こちらの予算や要望をきちんと聞いてくださる姿勢を崩さず、とても相談しやすかったです。決めるのに時間がかかる部分は前もって提案してくださるので、迷うところは時間をかけて検討する事が出来ました。
こちらの建てたい家のイメージに合わせて、さりげなく良いものやちょっとした贅沢を提案してくれます。予算と折り合いをつけながら、注文住宅の醍醐味を味わうことができました。
It is the person who actually ordered at Kudo construction company.
It was a meeting of custom-made homes that was said to take a long time, but it was very easy to consult without breaking the attitude of properly listening to the budget and requests from here and after. 依頼する事を決めてからは何から何まで初めての事ばかりでしたが親身に相談に乗って頂きました。
こちらの考えを尊重し、要望を聞いた上での提案を多くして頂き非常に助かりました。
打合せの時間も和やかな空気の中進行して頂き、決定に時間を要するであろう事に関しては事前に宿題とし負担を軽減して頂きました。
建物の完成が楽しみです。
The deciding factor for Kudo Komuten was the demonstration of heat insulating materials.
It was the first time for me since I decided to ask, but I kindly asked for advice.
It was very helpful to respect this idea and make many suggestions after listening to the requests.
