宮	宮川祐希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日口座開設をしに利用させて頂きましたが、3時間待たされました。ほかの銀行で口座開設をした際は20分もしないで終わったので今回もその位かなーと思っていたのですが、予想以上に待たされてびっくりしました。しかも自分よりも後に口座開設しに来た方はすぐ開設し終わったようで3時間どころか30分も待たずにお帰りになられました。なにか不備があったのかなぁとも思いましたがそんなことも無かったようで、特に説明も謝罪もなしにただただ3時間待たされました。そのせいでその後の予定を変更しなくては行けなくなりました。幸い取引先との約束などではなく、個人の予定でしたので何とかなりましたが、実に不愉快でした。もしこちらの支店での口座開設をお考えの方がおりましたら、別の支店での開設をお勧め致します。 The other day I opened an account, but I waited for 3 hours. F	F.ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相続手続きの関係で、みずほ銀行大船支店と大和支店に来店しましたが、どちらの店舗でもサービス悪いです大和支店は、コロナ対策と称して窓口への来店者は事前予約が無いと受付すらして貰えません。わたしは、来店が早かったので予約無しでも受付カードを発行して貰えましたが、待ち0人となっているにも関わらす既に50分程待たされてます。入口には、受付待ちの行列が出来てます。通帳を有料化する銀行ですし最悪です。 Due to inheritance procedures, I visited Mizuho Bank Ofuna Branch and Yamato Branch, but the service is poor at both stores. The Yamato branch does not even accept visitors to the counter without prior reservation, which is called a corona countermeasure. Since I came to the store early, I was able to get a reception card issued without a reservation, but even though there are no people waiting, I have already been waiting for about 50 minutes. There is a waiting line at the entrance. It is the worst because it is a bank that charges a passbook.
