の	のこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのクチコミを見てから行きました。お陰様で駐車場はデイズダウンに停めて歩いて行きましたし待つのも覚悟で向かいました。書いてあった通り待ち時間が書いてあり30分待ちでした。でも、5分くらいで直ぐに対応して貰いました。処理して貰っている間に生命保険などのセールスが入りましたが(^^)概ね満足です。デイズダウンでついでに買い物もしましたので持ちつ持たれつ。。なのかな？と思いました。因みにデイズダウンの駐車場は1Ｆは1時間無料で2Ｆは2時間無料だったと思います。 I went after seeing this review. C	C D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年1月22日に伺いました。入口から外まで列が出来ており、窓口までは1時間並んでから入店。終わるまで更に30分で、合計1時間半掛かりました。コロナ禍ですし、寒い外で長時間待つ場合は、何分待ちになるか事前に伝える工夫をされた方がいいと思いました。追伸: 1月26日に伺いましたら、待ち時間の案内が追加されていました。素晴らしいですね。 I visited on January 22, 2021. B	Beruku Films on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきり言って酷いです。この支店はスタッフの気持ちだけ圧迫高級レストランです。もう銀行様様って感じです。別にお客さんが神様なんだって言いたい訳じゃ全くないんですけど、せめて威圧的な空気感はちょっと...と感じました。もう入りにくいです...。 ATMの先の受付・窓口スペースは入れないようにバリケードのようにされていて、バリケードの奥から中年の男性と女性がだるそうに出てきます。予約してない人だと分かった瞬間に対応が悪くなり、もう酷い酷い冷たい目です。その後、NISAの為の新規口座開設と分かった瞬間にﾆｯｺﾆｺ。なんなんですかねあの手のひら返し。初めて見ましたよあそこまで酷いのは。あ。あと鼻炎の方は気をつけた方が良いかもです。私の前のお客さんがクシャミをされてたんですが、誰が見ても分かるような嫌がり方を店の方がしてました。いくらコロナ禍だと言ってもその方がとても可哀想でした。他の銀行と比較するのも悪いような気もしますが、まだ他の銀行さんの方が良かったような気がします。今日口座作りましたけど後日他の銀行さんにまた口座を作りに行こうか検討中です。それか次からは、取手支店の方に行こうかと思います。まぁ、個人の意見なのでそう思って聞いてください...。行ってみれば分かります...。(他の方も言われてますが駐車場気をつけて下さいね) To be clear, it's terrible.
