★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文はタッチパネル。空いた食器を片付けをお願いしたいときもタッチパネル。もちろんクーポンも恥ずかしい思いをせずにタッチパネルに数字を打ち込むだけ。
からあげが安くてまあまあおいしいです。揚げ方が違うのかなぁ？ドリンクバーのクーポンと一緒に使っておしゃべりにいそしんでいます。

3回目でやっと出る。
飲食店ならもう少し早く出てもらいたい。
電話中もスムーズなやりとりも出来ず、
あやしい感じはあったが
買ったものを帰ってから見たら注文したものと違かったので確認の電話したら、
私の注文したものは取り扱いがないものだと言われた。
私も確認不足ってものあったのかもしれないが
電話注文の段階でしっかり内容の確認をしてもらいたかった。
それも電話の対応も悪く、強い気で言ってくるし、ただただ腹正しい。
食べたいものじゃないし、全てが残念しかない。
もぅ利用しない。

私はハンバーグを頼み、肉まず〜。ある程度まずくてもタレで美味しいと感じることはあるが、タレでも誤魔化せてない。これなんの肉、、、？臭いしとにかくまずい。夫の食べたパスタは普通にレトルト。家で作ったのと何ら変わりないとの事。子供はステーキ。まずいと一言。
昔はガストってもっと普通に美味しかったイメージなのに質下がりましたね。
あと何がびっくりって、ステーキやハンバーグの鉄板の受け皿、普通は木製だけど、ガストは木製柄のプラスチックなんですね…笑
