対応も悪いし、お年寄りに不親切で可哀想でした。
早口で聞こえないから聞き直したお婆さんに、舌打ちしてコーヒーも雑に渡してその後店員通しでバカにして笑っていました。
あれは虐待レベルです。
非常に不快でした。
 The clerk's talk is noisy anyway.
Correspondence was bad, too unfriendly and sorry for the elderly.
Because I didn't hear it in my mouth, I confessed to me and gave me some coffee, and then I was laughing at the store clerk.
That is an abuse level.
It was very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/18(土)午前中、仕事仲間と1年くらいぶりに利用しました。
会計後に、TポイントやDポイントが貯まる事に気が付き、レジのスタッフさんにその事を確認したら、会計前でないとポイントは付けられない旨を言われました。
私が「注文の際に一言言って欲しかった」と言ったら、レジの周りに3人もスタッフさんが居たのに、普通に全員に無視されてしまいました。
もしかしたらこちらのスタッフさんは皆ロボットなのかな？と思いましたし、人間の仕事をＡＩに奪われ始まってる時代に、信じられないなと思いました。
客に対しあまり積極的にポイントカードについて進言しないのがドトールさんのスタンスなのかも知れませんが、個人的にはそれだったらレジに人を置かずセルフレジで注文からポイントカード利用の確認、会計までやってもらった方が良いと思いました。
決して「謝って欲しい」という気持ちではありません。
とにかく本当なら星一つも付けたく無いくらい残念な気持ちで一杯です。
On the morning of 1/18 (Sat), I used it with my colleagues for the first time in about a year.
After checking out, I noticed that T points and D points were accumulating, and when I checked it with the cashier staff, I was told that points could only be awarded before the checkout.
When I said, "I wanted you to say a few words when ordering", there were three staff members around the cash register, but they were usually ignored by everyone.
Maybe these staff are all robots? I thought it was incredible in a time when AI was taking over human work.
It may be Doutor's stance that he does not proactively advise customers about point cards, but personally, if it is that, do not put a person at the cash register and order from self-checkout to confirmation of point card use, accounting. I thought it was better to do it.
It is not a feeling of "I want you to apologize."
Anyway, if it is true, I am sorry that I do not want to attach a single star.
