★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策は、しっかりとされていて安心して食事を楽しむ事が出来ました。
この時期仕方のないことですが、空調が効きすぎているので寒いです。
ブランケットを持っていくことをオススメします。
 The measures against corona were solid and I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind.
It can't be helped at this time, but it's cold because the air conditioning is too effective.
We recommend that you bring a blanket.

店員さんが足りないのか、席が空いていても案内が遅かったり、隣の席に汚れた食器が出しっぱなしだったり、ドリンクバーが品切れのまま補充されてなかったりする。料理の提供もファミレスの割に遅い。渡された伝票が何かのソースや油で汚れてベタベタだった時はびっくりした。
ファミレスチェーンなんてどの店舗でも同じだろ、と思っていたけど、そうではないことを痛感させられた。
I've been there several times, but almost every time I feel disappointed.
Maybe there aren't enough clerk, the guidance is late even if the seats are vacant, the dirty tableware is left in the next seat, or the drink bar is out of stock and not replenished. Serving food is also slow for the family restaurant. I was surprised when the slip I was given was dirty with some sauce or oil and was sticky.
I thought that the family restaurant chain would be the same at every store, but I was keenly aware that it wasn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチ17:00までという事もあり16:30に入店しました。時間的にも店内には５組のお客。注文から提供まで時間も早かったです。女性スタッフさん 接客対応良かった！
We entered the restaurant at 16:30 due to lunch until 17:00 on weekdays. In time, there are 5 pairs of customers in the store. Time was quick from order to offer. Female staff Customer service was good!

ただいつもなんとなく汚らしい感じがする。ベタベタ感というか…。
都内や比較的繁華街のエリアでここまで汚らしい印象のあるガストはそうない気がする。ステーキガストなどならともかく…
A precious (?) Ordinary chain family restaurant around here.
However, it always feels dirty. It's a sticky feeling ...
I don't think Gusto has such a dirty impression in Tokyo or in relatively downtown areas. Anyway, if it's steak gust ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんが優しく丁寧で不満に感じることはまずないです。メニューも安価でなんでも食べれるので満足感があります。ただ、ドリンクバー、スープバーの汚れがそのままになりがちなので、そこはいまいちです。
The clerk is kind, polite and unlikely to feel dissatisfied. The menu is cheap and you can eat anything, so you will be satisfied. However, the dirt on the drink bar and soup bar tends to remain, so that is not good.

ガストは数年ぶりに来店したがメニューみて今はこんな感じなのかと思った。
総じて高くなったなぁ。
昔は390円くらいで目玉焼き付きのハンバーグが食べられたのになぁ。
ガストそのものに感じる事はあるが、この店舗はとても良かった。
