退職後県内のローソンで働こうとして面接を受け、即日採用したいと言われたのですが、村上商事さんに本当に退職しているかなど確認しなくてはならないと言われ、連絡を待っていて、1ヶ月くらい経った時にまだ村上商事から連絡が来ないから最速の連絡してみるからもし、ほかのバイトが決まってなかったら待っていて欲しいとお願いされ、ずっと待っていますが、それからまた1ヶ月くらい経ったときにもう来ないから採用したいけどできないホントに申し訳ないと、連絡が来ました。
働いていた時も社員は適当、週5出してくれると言ってくれたのに、やる気無さそうだから週一にするねと言われ急にシフトを削られる。
その後納得のいく説明を求め、私の指導不足でしたと言われたものの、その後指導はありませんでした。ほんとに意味のわからない会社です。
ホントのことはわかりませんが、この会社のせいで私はバイトがなかなか決まりませんでした。なるべくここのローソンで働くことはお勧めしません。

If I haven't decided on another part-time job, I've been asked to wait, but I've been waiting for another month. After a while, I didn't come anymore, so I want to hire him, but I'm really sorry I can't, so I got in touch.
Even when I was working, the employees told me that they would give me 5 times a week, but I was told that I should do it once a week because I seemed unmotivated, and I was suddenly cut off from the shift.
After that, I asked for a convincing explanation and was told that my guidance was insufficient, but there was no guidance after that. It's a company that doesn't really make sense.
I don't really know, but this company made it difficult for me to get a part-time job. I don't recommend working at Lawson here as much as possible.
