★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日久しぶりに神戸に出張して、以前勤めていた会社の支店の近くを通るとお洒落なカフェのような不動産屋さんがありました。支店に行ってた時は気がつきませんでしたが、普通の不動産屋さんと違ってぶらっと入れるような雰囲気でいい感じでした。もし岡本に引っ越すことがあれば、その時はよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗の雰囲気や周辺物件数の豊富さは魅力。
（数年前の話）
運が悪かったのか私の担当者は対応が酷く、物件見学の予約、物件の現状確認後〜引き渡しまでの間に発生した前所有者の不備による破損にも対応しない、フラット35Sの金利Bプランも知らないなど知識も対応もダメダメでした。
たまたまダメな担当者に当たってしまっただけかもしれませんが、次に売買することがあれば違う不動産屋を選びます。

Maybe I was unlucky, my person in charge was terrible, and I couldn't deal with the damage caused by the previous owner's deficiency that occurred between the reservation of the property tour and the confirmation of the current state of the property until the delivery. I didn't know anything about it, so I couldn't handle it.
You may just happen to hit a bad person, but if you buy or sell next time, choose a different real estate agent.
