こしあんのものと抹茶あんのもの。
抹茶あんは黒糖みたいな甘みがあります。黒糖はいってるわけじゃないけどコクのある甘み。
皮はもちもちで普通のもみじ饅頭のカステラっぽい感じとは一線をかくしてますね。
個人的には普通のもみじ饅頭よりも生もみじの方が好きですー。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人にあげるなら箱入りのを購入しますが、自分用なら単品で買うのが1番良いです。種類豊富なもみじ饅頭を好きなだけ選べます。そして単品の方が割安で包装も紙袋に詰めてもらうだけなので荷物も少なく済みます。もみじ饅頭はどこの会社のものも美味しいですが、私はにしき堂が1番好きです。

生もみじ130円、普通もみじ100円〜。
生もみじは皮が薄めでモチっとした食感。
生もみじは粒あんとこしあんがあり、普通もみじは更に変わり種が色々あります。
バラ売りで好きな物を選べるのが嬉しい。

もちもちの独特の食感の皮と、美味しいあんこ。皮の開発には何年もかかったそうですが、一口でファンになりました。
あまりに美味しかったので、実家と主人の実家に送りましたが、日持ちが10日くらいななで心配したところ、工場から出来たてを直接配送してくださるとの事で、その気遣いにも感激しました。通販もしているので、また購入しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島の和菓子と言えばもみじ饅頭。お茶が大好きなので、お茶のお供に和菓子を購入しようと偶々見つけました。
色んな和菓子屋のもみじ饅頭を食べた事がありますが、にしき堂のもみじ饅頭は他のと比べ物にならないくらい美味しいです。
もみじ饅頭だけで無く、独自で開発している和菓子もあり、メニューは豊富。季節に合わせた商品もあるので、色んな和菓子の味が楽しめます。
個人的なオススメは「生もみじ」「大人のもみじ」「新・平家物語」です。
オンラインでも購入出来るので店頭で購入するのが億劫な方、他県の方でも広島最高の和菓子を楽しむ事が出来ます。
味・値段共に最高なので☆5の評価にしたいと思います。
