★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダムに併設された公園らしいです。駐車場は50台位は止められそうですがバスのスペースは有りませんでした。
 It seems to be a park adjoining the dam. Parking lot is likely to be stopped at about 50 cars but there was no space for the bus.

It is a quiet park with beautiful lawns. I don't have any playset, so I think I have baseball and badminton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は広くトイレも綺麗でした。湖はあまり見えませんでしたが、芝生の美しい公園です。ピクニックに良い場所です。火気厳禁と書いてあります。外灯は9時過ぎに消灯しました、トイレは夜中でも近づくと点灯するので使えます。
The parking lot was large and the toilet was clean. I couldn't see much of the lake, but it's a beautiful park with grass. A good place for a picnic. It says that fire is strictly prohibited. The outdoor light went out after 9 o'clock, and the toilet turns on when approaching even at night, so it can be used.

展望台への通路は崖崩れが有ったようで通行止めでした。
I think the park grounds are large and good for families.
The passage to the observatory was closed due to a landslide.
