★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場のスタッフの対応が極めて悪い。クレームを言っても、人が入れ替わらないと根本改善出来なさそうなのでクレームを入れる気にもならない。
言葉遣いや、態度等、スポーツクラブ側がしっかり把握出来るように監視カメラ・マイクを設置しないと気付かないと思う。
他にも駐車場の係員の対応を不快に思っている利用者いないのかな？
実際のところを知りたいです。
The parking staff are extremely poor at responding. Even if I make a complaint, I don't feel like making a complaint because it seems that I can't make a fundamental improvement unless people are replaced.
I don't think you will notice it unless you install a surveillance camera / microphone so that the sports club can grasp the wording and attitude.
Is there any other user who is uncomfortable with the response of the parking staff?
I really want to know.
