餃子は野菜たっぷりです、焼き色の部分はカリッとしてて非常に良い食感です。
12個多いかなぁと若干心配しましたが、サクっと食べきりました。
土曜日のお昼時に伺いましたが、食事のお客さんは自分のグループだけ。時々持ち帰りのお客さんが来てましたよ。
今どき珍しく店内で喫煙可能です。
他にお客さんがいなかったので喫煙しましたが、タバコの嫌いな方は辺りの確認の上、入店してください。

was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘くてサクサク。しっかりした大きさでふっくら、噛みごたえもあります。けっこうよく食べれるほうですが、2人前16個と小ごはんで腹一杯になりました。お土産は生と焼きとどちらにもしてくれる雰囲気でした。

焼き方は油多めかも。餡は野菜の甘味があります。肉は少なめですが、豚肉の匂いがしますので、肉の匂いに敏感な方は辛いかも。ラー油は宇都宮餃子の名店と同じく底に一味が溜まっているタイプです。餃子の王将派の関西人にはさっぱりしすぎているかもですが、年配には良い塩梅です。テイクアウトしている方は年配が多いのはわかる気がします。

先日、結婚式で浜松に行った際、お友達に連れて行って貰いました❣

頼りはシンプル暖簾のみ･･･
クチコミには｢ふくめい｣と明記されてますが、本当は｢ふくな｣だそうですよ?
店内もそんなに大きくないし、活気がある訳でもないけど、ひっきりなしにお持ち帰りのお客さんが取りに来る

浜松に3年以上住んでいて、浜松市内作られてる餃子の事
材料もポピュラーなのは白菜やニラだけど、浜松餃子は主にキャベツ、玉ねぎ、豚肉。

おぉ、これは違うって初めて思った
そして、お店オススメの食べ方
酢醤油にオリジナルラー油。
これで食べると、更にキャベツの旨みとニンニクの香りが引き立ち、ひとつの浜松餃子が出来上がる✨
大きくてモチモチで食べ応え充分だけど、めちゃくちゃヘルシーだから、食べれるかな？って思ったけど5人で１００個ペロり?
これは癖になる餃子でした❣
しかもお腹にダブつかないので、腹パンでも苦しくないのが又不思議( ´艸｀)
やっぱりその土地の美味しいもんは、地元の人に連れて行って貰うのが1番だね?

時間帯的に店内のお客さんがおらず、すぐに対応してくださりました。
口コミで見た通り、確かに店員さんは職人気質なのか？特に笑わず淡々とした感じの接客でした。マスクをしていてさらに表情が見えないので少し距離は感じました。
持ち帰りだともやしたっぷりとタレをつけて透明なパックに入れてもらえます。
冷凍すると焼きやすいとのことで冷凍してから焼くと綺麗に焼けました！
皮がしっかり厚めで、味も美味しかったです。タレは個人的な好みとは少し違いましたが、ご飯が進む味です。
お値段は特別安いという感じでないですが気になっていたので行けてよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内でも飲食はできますが、持ち帰りがメインのお店のようです。味に関しては、他のクチコミにある通りキャベツの甘みが特徴のシンプルな味です。大判でパリッとした皮がごはんとよく合いました。
味に関しては文句はありませんが、店内も決しては綺麗ではありませんし、お店の方の愛想も決してよくはありません。かかってきた電話も何度か切れるまで放置してました?
次回はテイクアウトでの利用かなと思います……?
