E	Eijiroh Kanoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カッコいい住まいを見学。分譲賃貸のマンション。国立競技場すぐちかで青山にも原宿にも散歩できる好立地のデザイナーズマンション。立体駐車場ありでバイク置場自転車置場非常にセキュリティが高い。外観デザインも凸凹していてガラス面も高く部屋タイプも多種あり都会的。その分家賃も2割程高め。但しペット可なのでペットがいる人には良い物件だと思われる。室内はワンルームが8割位だが角部屋等で広い間取りもある。室内はコンクリート打ち放しとフローリングでカッコいいが天井の梁の幅が広く低く重い。ブラインドと間接照明照明とスポット照明は備え付けなのは有り難い。大きな冷蔵庫と洗濯機も入るが、電子レンジ等を置く場所がない。眺望は部屋による。すぐ横がお寺で千駄ケ谷トンネルなのでお墓しか見えない部屋もある。概ね西と北が眺望に優れているようだ。エントランスはとてもお洒落でライブラリーがあり、誰でも使える大きなガラステーブルがある。オフィスにしている会社もあるようで、昼は独占されてる感が強い。管理人は常駐していない。宅配ボックスもある。もより駅は千駄ケ谷駅と北参道駅で原宿駅は遠い。コミュニティバスの停留所はすぐ近くにある。スーパーはマイバスケットとOKストアのみでやや遠い。原宿好きにはいい所だと思われるが、どこかへ通勤するのは大変かも知れない。 Visit a cool home. Condominiums for rent. A designer condominium in a good location, right next to the National Stadium, where you can take a walk in Aoyama or Harajuku. There is a multi-story parking lot, and bike storage is very secure. The exterior design is uneven, the glass surface is high, and there are many room types. The rent is about 20% higher. However, since pets are allowed, it seems to be a good property for people with pets. The room is about 80% of one room, but there are also large rooms such as corner rooms. The interior is cool with bare concrete and flooring, but the ceiling beams are wide and low. It is thankful that blinds, indirect lighting and spot lighting are provided. A large refrigerator and washing machine are available, but there is no place to put a microwave. The view depends on the room. Right next to the temple is the Sendagaya tunnel, so there are rooms where you can only see the grave. Generally, the west and north seem to have excellent views. The entrance is very stylish and has a library and a large glass table that anyone can use. There seems to be a company in the office, and there is a strong sense of being monopolized during the day. There is no resident. There is also a delivery box. The stations are Sendagaya Station and Kitasando Station, and Harajuku Station is far away. The community bus stop is very close. The supermarket is a bit far from my basket and OK store. It seems to be a good place for Harajuku lovers, but it may be difficult to commute to somewhere.
