小	小野寺徳久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 栃木和牛が食べられる老舗でステーキと言えばここと拘りある人多い。以前の場所から移転して10年ほどで角地になりました。土日祝ランチで利用、国産100%ハンバーグ1500円を食す。昔懐かしいハンバーグという感じ。付け合わせはポテトや茄子など、鉄板は熱々ではないがハンバーグはいい感じの仕上がり。始めの一口は美味く存タレ(玉葱と醤油ベース)もいい味付けですっと入りました。空気少なめのみっしりしたハンバーグです。ただ食べ終わるとややパサパサしていた感じがしました。デザート付で良心的だが種類多く何を頼んでいいか迷いました。ステーキのナイフフォークはセッティングされているがデザートのナイフフォークは何故か箱の中にありセッティングはなし。一番安いメニューを頼んだがどうだろう？高級品扱うお店としてはサービスがややアンバランスな感じが否めなかった。ディナーでステーキとワインを楽しむお店かもしれません。 It is a long-established restaurant where you can eat Tochigi Wagyu beef, and many people are particular about steak.
